My dad has the grey with white/black flake coating in his garage. While it's great (even brake and ATF fluid comes right off) there are a few issues. First is that when it gets wet it becomes straight up dangerous to walk on. So rubber drain through mats where people walk would be good. Second, is floor color. I read somewhere that Ferrari chose white as the color for their flooring in their assembly areas as it reflects the overhead lighting. This helps see better underneath the car. Granted a shop light is still needed to see into the depths of the underbelly but still I think it's worth looking into.
